SHIPPING
- Free shipping over $100.
- For orders under $100, shipping is a flat fee of $11.97 within Continental USA and Canada.
- P.O. boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses.
- We do not ship to Russia.
- If the delivery cannot be completed and is returned to the sender, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
- ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.
- We offer free returns for the Continental USA and Canada, with the exception of AK, NT, YT and NU.
- You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your purchase.
- ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
- If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email customercare@lamarquecollection.com and we will issue you a return authorization form along with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Please provide the proof of purchase or your order number with your return or exchange requests.
- Please allow 14 business days from when the shipment arrives at our shipping facility in Champlain New York for the package to cross the border and arrive in Montreal.
- A maximum of 2 exchanges per order will be accepted.
- Items to be returned or exchanged must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached.
- We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are clean and unused. We are unable to accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty and we will be unable to refund any shipping charges until the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $15 restocking fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your total refund.
